Some of the assets I worked on for Fortnite's Village Template. I started with a proportional blockout and once approved sculpted the high res meshes using Maya and Zbrush. Once the high res was approved I retopologized the meshes and created highly optimized UV's. Each mesh had hand authored LOD's and collisions. Texturing work done in Substance Painter. The signs were created in pieces for maximum versatility. The icon was done via decal with a channel packed mask. The well I was provided a general concept for, while the bridge and sign were designed by myself. The decal for the sign utilized icons for the game, which were passed through a custom noise to create the final look. I was not responsible for background assets.
